Once the room availability and dates are confirmed, your booking will be secured upon receipt of a down payment (approx. 30% of the total stay) to our bank account.

- - Hotel day: from 3:00 pm the day of arrival till 10 am the day of departure
- - Parking lot: available, monitored and free of charge for guests. We are not resposnible for the vehicles on the parking lot or any property left within.
- - Lights out: from 22:00 pm to 07:00 am. please close the front doors during lights out.
- - Smoking: not allowed throughout the building except balconies and terrace
